ArtSignal ("ArtSignal", "we", "us", or "our") provides on-chain signal intelligence for the Solana ecosystem. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use the website at artsignal.fun, our applications, bots, APIs and related services (the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account & contact details: email address, display name, social handles you submit when joining the waitlist or creating an account.
- Communications: messages you send to us through email, Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), or in-product chat.
- Payment & staking metadata: wallet addresses you use to stake $SIGNAL or pay subscription fees. We never request private keys, seed phrases or custody of funds.
Information collected automatically
- Device & log data: IP address, browser type, OS, referring URLs, pages visited, click events, timestamps.
- Cookies & similar tech: see our Cookie Policy.
- Performance & error telemetry: anonymized stack traces and metrics used to diagnose bugs.
Information from third parties
- Public on-chain data (Solana RPC, indexers).
- Aggregated analytics from social platforms where you interact with our official handles.
- Identity attestations from KYC partners (only if you opt in to higher-tier features that require it).
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate, maintain and improve the Services.
- Generate and deliver signals, alerts and personalized intelligence.
- Verify staking tier eligibility (Scout, Alpha, Insider, Whale).
- Communicate updates, security notices and product changes.
- Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. When we share information
- Service providers who host infrastructure, send email, process analytics, or provide customer support — bound by confidentiality.
- Legal & safety: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property or safety.
- Corporate events: in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, with notice to affected users.
- With consent: any other sharing you explicitly authorize.
5. On-chain & wallet data
We may correlate your wallet address with your account purely to validate staking tiers and to display your own data back to you. We do not publish a mapping between off-chain identity and on-chain addresses.
6. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards including TLS, encrypted secrets storage, principle-of-least-privilege access, audit logging and bug bounties. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Services at your own risk.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPL, others), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of off-chain personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

8. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the website banner and to subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
