1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and ArtSignal Labs ("ArtSignal", "we"). By accessing or using the website, applications, bots, APIs or any related services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Disclaimer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract, and not a Restricted Person. Restricted Persons include residents of jurisdictions sanctioned by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or other applicable authority, and persons listed on any sanctions list.
3. Accounts & wallets
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, your wallet, your seed phrase, and any device that accesses your account. ArtSignal will never ask for your seed phrase. We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised wallets or stolen credentials.
4. License & restrictions
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or rebrand signals or analytical content.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools beyond rate limits we publish.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code.
- Use the Services to operate a competing service.
5. $SIGNAL token & access tiers
The $SIGNAL token is a utility token used to access tiered features. It is not a security, share, or investment contract. Acquisition of $SIGNAL does not entitle you to dividends, voting rights outside of governance modules, or future profits.
Access tiers (Scout, Alpha, Insider, Whale) and the staking thresholds may change. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance.
6. User content
If you submit content (comments, feedback, signal predictions, etc.) you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display and create derivative works of that content in connection with the Services. You represent that you have the rights to do so.
7. Prohibited conduct
- Illegal activity, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
- Market manipulation, wash trading, or coordinated pump schemes.
- Sharing signals outside the platform when you are subject to a real-time tier.
- Spamming, phishing, or impersonating ArtSignal or any other person.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Use of the Services in violation of applicable law.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, including all signals, software, designs, text, graphics and underlying methodology, are owned by ArtSignal or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SIGNALS ARE ACCURATE, TIMELY, COMPLETE OR PROFITABLE. SEE OUR FULL DISCLAIMER.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ARTSIGNAL, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless ArtSignal from claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity and disputes).
13. Disputes & arbitration
You and ArtSignal agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, in English, seated in Singapore. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
15. Miscellaneous
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force. We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ArtSignal regarding the Services.
